This factory situated 120 miles from Colombo on the hinterlands of Embilipitiya built in a relatively short period of five months, spans 100 ft. and covers an area of 27,500 sq.ft. The building elegantly uses the sloping site unlike the usual monotonous single level factory of this genre.  The production area with a high monitor roof and well appointed windows on either side and pleasing interior colours provide pleasing working conditions.  Application of subtel greens, greys and earth colours in a commitment to natural environment, creates a user friendly architecture.
